When you tell me what you’re working on, I’m listening for what matters to you, what you’re hoping it could become, and how the pieces might fit together. I’ll probably have a few questions. And quite possibly a connection or possibility you haven’t considered yet.
I’ve led in churches, nonprofits, classrooms, and boardrooms, and built a business of my own. Those experiences shape the questions I ask. Who will this serve? What will it require? How can we make it work in the life you actually want to live?
